Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne also has a heart to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the author of several online articles and is a co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). The wife of Dwayne Leslie has three children.
